Ingredients

• 1 cup mayannise
• 1 cup onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp mustard
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp sweet relish
• 5 hard-boiled eggs, shelled and diced (save 1 whole egg to slice for topping)
• 5-6 medium Russet, Yukon Gold or Red potatoes
• 1 tsp paprika, topping

Potato Salad Directions

1. In a mixing bowl mix mayannise, onion, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, and relish.
2. Add chopped eggs.
3. Add cooked potatoes and gently fold in to combine.
4. Sprinkle paprika on top.
5. Garinsh on top with sliced eggs. (optional)

How to Cook Potatoes for Potato Salad

1. Peel potatoes or leave skin on them.
2. Cut potatoes into cubes, small pieces.
3. Wash them.
4. Place in cold water.
5. Bring water with potatoes up to a boil.
6. Cook until they are fork tender. (Don't overcook them.)
7. Place potatoes in a strainer and run cold water over them.

How to Cook Hard Boil Eggs

1. Place eggs in water.
2. Potato Salad recipe takes 5 eggs.
3. Bring up to boil.
4. Once eggs begin to boil take off heat and place a lid on the pot.
5. Let eggs sit for 5 minutes.
6. At the end of the 5 minutes, place eggs in cold water to stop cooking.
