Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
Rub mustard all over ham.
Rub brown sugar all over ham.
Put ham in baking bag.
Pour cola (Dr. Pepper) all over ham.
Gather bag together at the top. Force as much air as possible out the top of bag.
Seal bag at top and poke 4-6 holes around the top of bag.
Bake ham according to package directions. (minutes X weight). I cooked my ham for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Check ham's internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
Pre-Cooked, Bone-In or Boneless - internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
Uncooked, Bone-In or Boneless pound - internal temperature of 145 °F (62.8 °C).
Let ham cool for at least 15 minutes before carving.
An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
Transfer ham to a serving platter and tent with foil for up to 30 minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
