Oven Fried Peach Pies

Oven Fried Peach Pies, a great way to use extra left over pie filling. This recipe is super easy using can biscuits. Can pie filling can be substituted when in a pinch. They make a quick dessert.

Ingredients

• 1½ - 2 cups of filling. In video, left over peach cobbler filling is used. Can pie filling can be used.
• 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Butter Tastin'™ Biscuits (8 Count)
• 4 teaspoons butter, melted
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray.
3. Separate biscuit dough into 8 biscuits.
4. On a floured surface, roll each biscuit to form 5-inch discs.
5. Place 2-3 tablespoons of peach filling slightly off center on each biscuit disc.
6. Fold biscuit over filling; pinch the edge close and use a fork to seal.
7. Place on greased cookie sheets.
8. Use a fork or sharp knife to make vent holes on top of each.
9. Combine melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
10. Brush each biscuit with melted butter mixture.
11. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown. Some filling may bubble out.
12. Remove from cookie sheets and allow to cool 5 minutes.
13. Serve warm.
14. Optional: top with a scoop of ice cream and serve.
