This Ice Cream Sandwich Cake is a no-bake dream made with layers of classic ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, and your favorite sweet drizzles like chocolate or caramel. It’s creamy, cool, and perfect for hot days, birthdays, or anytime you need a fun treat—no oven required! If you’ve never tried it, you’re in for a nostalgic, delicious surprise.

Ingredients

• 24 vanilla ice cream sandwiches, unwrapped
• 2 containers (8 ounce) whipped topping, thawed
• 1 jar (12 ounce) hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
• 1 jar (12 ounce) caramel ice cream topping, warmed
• ¼ cup chopped pecans, peanuts or your favorite (optional)

Directions

1. Layer 1: in a 13x9-inch dish, cover the bottom with ice cream sandwiches.
2. Layer 2: add a layer of whipped topping, hot fudge topping, and caramel topping.
3. Layer 3: add a layer of hot fudge and caramel ice cream toppings.
4. Repeat Layers 1, 2 & 3.
5. Top Layer: sprinkles of nuts (optional).
6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
7. Slice, serve and enjoy!
