Cookie Layer
Gease a 13 x 9 baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter until crumbs are coated with butter.
Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of prepared 13 x 9 baking dish.
Place dish in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Continue with preparing the next layers.
Cream Cheese Layer
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Mix well with an electric mixer until smooth no lumps.
Add one tube whipped topping, and continue beating on low speed until combined. Set aside.
Pudding Layer
Combine pudding and milk together, and beat with an electric mixer until thick.
Set pudding aside for 5 minutes so it can thicken even more. Set aside.
Put it all together
Remove baking dish with cookie crust from freezer (first layer).
Spread cream cheese mixture over the cookie layer (second layer).
Sprinkle ½ of the mini chocolate chips on top of the cream cheese mixture layer.
Spread pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer (third layer).
Spread the remaining tube of whipped topping on top (four layer).
Sprinkle the remaining ½ of the mini chocolate chips on top and some of the remaining cookie crumbs.
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours or overnight is better.
