Warm cinnamon apples, gooey caramel, and a buttery cake topping come together in this easy Caramel Apple Dump Cake—your perfect fall dessert! Simple to make and baked golden in under an hour, it’s a cozy treat for holidays, family dinners, or church gatherings.

Cake Ingredients

• 2 cans (21 ounce) apple pie filling
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• ½ bag (11 ounce) caramel bits
• ½ cup caramel sauce
• 1 package (15.25 ounce) spice cake mix
• 1 sticks butter, thin cut slices
• 1 cup pecans, chopped

Cake Directions

1. Preheat oven 350°F (177°C).
2. Grease one 13 x 9 -inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3. Dump and spread evenly apple pie filling on the bottom of the dish.
4. Sprinkle cinnamon, and nutmeg over the pie filling.
5. Evenly sprinkle caramel bits over pie filling.
6. Drizzle evenly the caramel sauce over pie filling.
7. Sprinkle evenly cake mix over pie filling and caramel.
8. Place the slices of butter evenly over the top of all the layers.
9. Sprinkle evenly the chopped pecans.
10. Place baking dish in the preheated oven.
11. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 45 to 50 minutes or till cake is golden brown and the apple filling is bubbling through to the top.
12. Remove from oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes.
13. Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped topping or ice cream.
