Ingredients

• 2 cups shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
• 4 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 1 jar (4 ounce) diced pimento, drained
• 1 jalapeño pepper, diced; for less heat remove seeds and membranes
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon onion powder
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (Optional)
• ¼ teaspoon Smoked Paprika for a little smokiness (Optional)

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl, add Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pimento, garlic powder, onion powder, prepared jalapeño, and optional cayenne pepper and/or Smoked Paprika.
2. Mix until thoroughly combined.
3. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
